Connect With Astro

Astrology is a captivating and enduring practice that aims to reveal the perceived will of the divine. It is considered a predictive science with its own methods and principles, offering individuals insights into various aspects of their lives. Despite changing beliefs and societal shifts, astrology remains influential and continues to captivate believers.

Astrology involves the study of celestial objects, primarily stars and planets, which are believed to have an impact on individuals. It is important to note that the solar system comprises eight planets, but astrology recognizes nine planets called Navagrahas, excluding Earth from its celestial count.

The nine planets in astrology are Sun (Surya), Moon (Chandra), Mars (Mangala), Mercury (Budha), Jupiter (Brihaspati), Venus (Shukra), Saturn (Shani), Rahu (north node of the moon), and Ketu (south node of the moon). Some planets are considered friendly, bringing positivity, while others, like Rahu and Ketu, are associated with negative influences. Their presence in one’s birth chart, known as Kundli, is believed to bring distress. However, it is essential to recognize that Ketu’s presence may not always be harmful, and Jupiter’s presence may not always bring favorable outcomes.

The placement of these planets within specific houses plays a significant role. Consulting an astrologer can shed light on the importance of houses in astrology and the movements of celestial bodies within them. The Kundli consists of twelve houses, each representing different aspects of life. For example, the first house, also known as the ascendant, signifies an individual’s identity and physical attributes. Similarly, the fifth house, called Putra Bhava, represents creativity, playfulness, joy, pleasure, and romance. If a benevolent planet like Jupiter is positioned in the fifth house, it can enhance one’s love life. Conversely, if Rahu occupies the same house, seeking advice from an astrologer may be necessary to navigate challenges.

Astrology encompasses other elements such as moon signs, numerology, tarot, and more, which add depth and complexity to the practice.

In conclusion, astrology continues to fascinate as a predictive science, offering insights into the divine will. Its appeal lies in its ability to provide profound guidance and understanding. As individuals seek solace, comprehension, and a connection with the universe, astrology serves as a framework for introspection and contemplation. It speaks to the inherent human desire for self-discovery and a deeper understanding of life’s mysteries.
